Stockton, California?
There's this one city in California, sometimes my friends and I travel through it or stop sometimes. However, whenever I go there, I notice the lack of quality people. They look like a bunch of bums, for example, Stockton is full of illegal Mexicans too. It looked like a third world country, at least in many parts. Why is this?

America is far to liberal anymore.

stockton has always looked like that to be honest. Always been filled with mexicans too, that area had mexicans when it was mexico. My grandfather worked the fields out there after vietam. I have yet to see a picture of it looking good.

I think the same could be said about every city. They have their better parts to go along with the worser parts. Even Stockton has better areas.

There are a lot of blur collar jobs there that require getting dirty. That also makes everything around the city hard to keep clean.
